The Franklin Setzer Gallery
The Franklin Setzer Gallery provides the Center, communities, organizations
and schools a location to showcase work.
The Gallery is intended as a place for communities to display design drawings,
models and show videos about their projects, and a place for everyone to
gather and find out what is going on in the region.
The Center for Regional Planning and Design partners see the Gallery
as an important component of their mission to inform and educate the
citizens of Central Alabama regarding ongoing projects, opportunities
and initiatives affecting quality of life.
The Gallery is named after
the late Franklin Setzer, founder and the first Director of the Auburn
University Center for Architecture and Urban Studies (ACAUS).
The
gallery space, located on the first floor of the Center, is available
for outside exhibits. For more information, contact Cheryl Morgan,
director of the Auburn Center for Architecture and Urban Studies,
(205) 323-3592.
